Analysis of Bills and suggested changes

The Secretary of Interior has proven himself (in any administration) as a rogue agent for corruption. These Senators and Representatives are worried about litigation instead of the truth. They want to re-affirm the SOI's power because he never had the power to begin with for all the decisions he's made since the 1934 IRA. As a result imposter tribes have been given lands held in trust for Historic Tribes. What's the solution? Make the SOI's illegal acts legal.

HR 3742 (Kildee) The Great Cover-up for Secretary of Interior, Ken Salazar by Representative Kildee. "To amend the Act of June 18, 1934, to reaffirm the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for Indian tribes. "Analysis of HR 3742 showing how flip politicians are with the half-baked solutions. Facilitates off-reservation gaming.  Analysis provided by Standupca.org.

HR 3697 (Cole)  More of the same "To amend the Act of June 18, 1934, to reaffirm the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to take land into trust for Indian tribes."  Invited Witnesses Only to the Hearing before the Natural Resources Committee on Nov. 4.
