I'm not an Indian...why should I care? Taxpayers want to know!

Blog it, Tweet it, post in other blogs, facebook it, email it to everyone you know (use the Share Article icon at the bottom of the page).

Your taxes are collected and distributed throughout government agencies for different purposes. You expect a certain result from that money.  Roads, police, fire department, military, medicare, the list goes on and on.  One of those things the money goes to is to take care of the Native Americans.  We're all ok with that...they got a bum rap to say the least.  What if you knew the money isn't getting to them...that instead it's going to subsidize big businesses portraying themselves as the Native Americans.  What if you knew they were still starving.  Well now you know. So you have to do something.

If you are a Constitutionalist:  The bills will no longer require Congress to do it's duty.  It will put in charge a rogue agency who's already proved to be corrupt.

If you are a Tax Payer:  Why are you paying for something you aren't getting?

If you are a Liberal:  This is a horrible injustice.

If you are a Conservative:  Why is government wasting money on this when they should be doing that?

If you're Human:  Man, this is messed up.  I don't want people to hurt because..._______________.

Please tell Congress to Vote NO on HR3697,3742 and S1703.

  • Demand a Congressional investigation into the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Hold Obama to his promise of transparency.
  • Demand to stop subsidizing entertainment companies.
  • Demand that Congress retains and applies its Constitutional powers to the oversight of the DOI and the BIA.
  • A re-write of the bills is needed to preserve Native American's Heritage and equally provide for them as was intended.  See analysis.
